Kid’s Junction is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your child in mind! Kid’s, Birth through sixth grade, experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way, Join the fun and experience a world where kid’s meet Jesus on their level!

We desire that each child come to experience a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. We also value our children’s relationship within the small group setting as they relate to their small group leader and other children within the group.
We Value Age Appropriateness
We are passionate about children learning about Jesus in a way they understand. Our environments and lesson materials are selected based on the physical, mental and emotional needs of each child.
We Value Safety
We believe that safety is vital as families entrust us with their children each week. Therefore, every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number; each volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background checks.
We Value Creative Bible Teaching
The bible is the most amazing book ever written! We strive to bring its stories to life through activities and discussions that keep children engaged. We want all children to love God’s word and understand the value of applying it to their lives.
We Value Fun!
Kid’s love fun! We realize that when children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back. We value creating fun ways for children to learn about Jesus.
First Time at Kid’s Junction?
We will be happy to meet your family, check your child into our database system, and guide you to Children’s church.
We will ask for the following personal information: Family member’s names, children’s names and birthdates, family address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.
You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion of your matching identification tags which bears a code that is matched to your portion during checkout at the end of the service. During checkout you will return to Children’s Church and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
We also offer Pagers; please just ask one of our volunteers at the check in station if you would feel more comfortable with a pager for your child.
Once your family is checked in, one of our volunteers will be happy to show you where the children’s Church is located. On your way home, be sure to ask your child: “Did you have fun?” And “What did you learn today?”
A Special Note
If for some reason, your child were to need you during the service, we would flash your family identification code onto the screens.
What to Expect When You Return to Kid’s Junction
As you enter Kid’s Junction your first stop should be the check in station, where a friendly volunteer will check your child in for church. Our check in station opens at 9:40. The check in station will need the adult’s name that the child is with in order for us to locate your family in the database system. You will than get your matching identification tag, and will be directed to Children’s church.
If Your Child is Newborn to 2 Years old
We offer a wonderful nursery equipped with loving Volunteers ready to care for your child. We have Pagers that every parent who has a child in the nursery will receive.
Our Nursery is located at the back of church and down the steps. Our Nursery opens at 10:00, please be sure to give our volunteers any information you feel they should have about your child.
Our Mission:
To provide a fun and loving educational environment in which children learn Biblical truths, to lay the foundation for them to be disciples for Christ.
OUR CLASSES:
Available for infants to children up to 2 years old; our nursery is located at the back of the church and down the steps. Our loving volunteers are ready to care for your infant or toddler.
Children ages 2 to 4 are invited to join Beverly and her team of volunteers for some action packed fun. Follow the signs at the back of the church and up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Exit to the last room on the left.
For those 5 years old through Kindergarten this is the road you’re looking for. Follow the signs to the 2nd Floor and exit to the last room on your right.
Calling all children in grades 1st through 3rd.
Our 4th through 6th graders are invited to cruise on over to Highway 456 and pick up your toll booth ticket for heaven.
Golden Treasures:
Our Sunday School reward system is based on gold coins. Gold coins can be earned for bringing a new friend to church, bringing your Bible to class, memorizing your Bible verse, returning your homework, or any other good behavior or deed that stands out. The coins may be collected to earn treasures from the Treasure BoxChildren’s Mission Project.
Children’s Offering:
The offering taken during Sunday School is being collected to give to missions.
Our Volunteers:
Kids Junction is currently run by all volunteers. All of our volunteers must have current Child Abuse Clearances from the state of Pennsylvania; so you can be assured that your children are in great hands.
